Commemorative Italian World Food Program

Issued year - 2004, December

Once again, not a good photo for the commemorative italian "Fifth decade of the World Food" Program". The foreground shows the globe, tilted to the right and bearing the inscription ‘WORLD FOOD PROGRAMME’, from which emerges an ear of wheat, an ear of maize and an ear of rice, the three grains representing the world's basic sources of nourishment. Over 16.000.000 have been issued.

Finland

Such as the greek coins, they are much more difficult to find in Portugal.

Although the Finland coins only have three different designs(the heraldic lion, the cloudberry flowers and the two swans) they give great pleasure to see.

Commemorative Portuguese Portugal Presidency

Issued year - 2007, July

So many years, (2004, 2005 and 2006) without any commemorative coin and this year 2 different, wonderful and fabulous euro coins. This one, is to celebrate the Portuguese Presidency of the European Union, with the inner part featuring a cork oak. Over 2 million coins have been issued, but I have only this two available for swap for another commemorative euro coins.

Spain

So many coins here in Portugal of Spain, perhaps more than our ones.

D. Juan Carlos I, Miguel de Cervantes and a image of the Santiago of Compostela Cathedral are the 3 different images on the Spanish and not common side of coins during 9 years (1999-2007).

Commemorative Belgian coin

Issuance year - 2005

It's not a good photo of the effigies of Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg and King Albert II of Belgium. Not so pretty as the other ones, mainly because they are depicted in profile (from left to right) in the centre of the coin, above the year of issue, 2005.

The engraver's initials, ‘LL', appear to the lower right. The two effigies and the date are surrounded by the outer ring bearing the 12 stars of the EU and the monograms of Grand Duke Henri on the left and of King Albert II on the right.

Only one available for swap by other commmemorative missing coin.

Since 1999, only three different design's in French coins. Here we can almost find so many french coins as portuguese ones.
